If you would like to move or add bank account details from your previous profile in ReloAccess™ to your current profile in ReloAccess, please contact Sirva at Customer.Enrollments@bgrs.com to request linking the bank account details from your old profile to your new profile. Note that the email must be sent from your primary email address that is on file with Sirva (the one you use to access ReloAccess). Please be sure to include both your former and current profile numbers in your request.
