Intercultural training can be delivered to children aged six and older, as well as teens and adults. Youth training programs are customized to address the specific concerns children and teens typically face during an international move, such as adjusting to a new school, home, friends, environment, and language. This includes recognizing positive and negative emotions regarding the move; learning information on the new location and third-culture kids; and developing strategies to ensure a smooth adjustment.
All youths are organized into age-appropriate groups to address concerns appropriate to their age level.
