Consultants (GMC/GAC) sends a request to the Mobility Support Team to generate a Budget Cost Analysis Report for a customer. The Mobility Support Team can obtain this report from ServiceEngine.
1. Check if there is Client PO form in Assignee’s document file
- Search for the SE File of the Assignee
- In Quicklinks > Documents section
- Check if Client PO – Service by Assignee Form has been added and there is data.
If there is no Client PO – Service by Assignee Form
- Select ‘Add Form’ on the upper right corner of the screen, tick the box beside Client PO-Service by Assignee Form and click on OK.
- Check if there is data
2. Run Budget Cost Analysis Report (AU).
- Navigate to the Reports Tab in Summary Pane
- Expand on Finance-Expense Folder
- Select Budget Cost Analysis Report (AU) by Lopez, Ivy
3. Update the criteria for the report
- Enter the File number
- Leave the remaining Checked items as it is
4. Export the report
5. Modify the Report.
- Open downloaded report
- Put Budget Cost Analysis as Title
- Double click each amount to remove the formula
- Total the amount of transactions
5. Submit to the requestor.
- Forward the Budget Cost Analysis Report to the requestor
- If the Consultant confirmed and request for PO, forward it to the HR Client Contact and request for PO.
- HR Client Contact can be found in SE under Employment
NOTE: If you get an empty report despite following the above steps, please check the ‘Fees’ screen. Under status, if no fee has been posted yet, notify the Consultant accordingly.

1. When sending the budget analysis to Consultant:
"Hi Consultant’s name,
Please find attached budget analysis, for your review and comment.
Thank you."
2. When sending the budget analysis to HR contact to request PO:
To: HR contact’s email address
Cc : Consultant/ GAC’s email address
Subject line : PO Request – Assignee’s Name [FileID]
Dear *HR contact’s name**
Please find the Budget Cost Analysis attached for EE’s name - File ID
Can you please raise a Purchase Order so that we can finalise invoicing?
